Custom Corrugated Boxes

What is corrugated cardboard material?

Corrugated cardboard material is a stiff, strong and light weight packaging material used for the wrapping of heavier products. Made from three layers of semi recycled brown kraft paper which is crimped into waves (flute) and glued between two straight sheets (liners) to form corrugated cardboard sheets. These corrugated cardboards sheets are then cut, printed, folded and glues together to make boxes/ folded cartons. The excess pieces saves from cartons are sent to be recycles again.

Pine trees are presently these most widely used raw material for corrugated cardboard boxes. Corrugated material is sturdy enough to resist tearing, splitting and bursting which makes it ideal for storage and shipping reasons. The packaging service providers can add the fluting for more pressure resistance and added strength of the boxes.
